If your guest changes their mind or is no long able to fulfil their booking arrangement and you have not yet accepted their enquiry, no further action is required.

If your guest decides to cancel a booking within 48 hours of having their booking confirmed, their booking must be refunded in full.

If a guest cancels a booking more than 48 hours after it has been accepted, you may have to partially refund your guest in accordance with arrangements you have stipulated on the site. Keep in mind any deposits pertaining to the booking, and be aware the guest will have paid the full amount by this point.

If a guest cancels their booking within seven days of their event taking place, they are not entitled to any reimbursement. If the guest gets in touch during this period in order to reschedule, we will work with them to find an alternate arrangement.
