Signing up and creating a Just Venue account is free. After you sign up, be sure to complete your account before booking your venue.

What are the requirements to book on Justvenue?
We ask everyone who uses Justvenue for a few pieces of information before they travel on Justvenue. Guests need to have this info completely filled out before they can make a reservation request. This info helps make sure hosts know who to expect, and how to contact the guest. Can I see the venue before I book?
We understand that you may want to see your event space before you go ahead with your booking. You can easily and securely get in touch with the venue through the site. Because your safety is important to us, we ask that you keep all correspondence between you and your host conducted via Just Venue. This ensures that your payment is protected and that you still get the best deals.
How do I submit a reservation request?
If you’re ready to book a place on Justvenue, you can send a request to the host to book a reservation. If you’re unsure about the listing or its availability, you can also send a message to the host. To send a reservation request: On a listing, click Request to Book. If you see Instant Book, the host is allowing you to book their place instantly. Your reservation will be automatically confirmed after step 4. How do I cancel my booking?
If you change your mind at any point, then you can withdraw your enquiry by Login in to your portal and clicking the cancel booking button. You will need to check with the Venue's cancellation policy for the specific booking.
What if my booking is declined?
If the venue does not accept your booking, not to worry, you won't be charged anything. You'll still be able to search other suitable venues on the site. We have a no fee policy that ensures that our customers wont have to stump up the costs. Another reason why you should be using Just Venue for all your venue bookings.
How do I cancel my enquiry?
If you have made a booking enquiry, but have changed your mind or can no longer attend, you can cancel the booking from 'Your Bookings' (Dashboard > Your Bookings). If your enquiry has not yet been accepted, you can withdraw your enquiry without charge, no hassle!
How do I pay?
Once your booking has been confirmed, you can pay swiftly and securely directly via our website. We ask that you keep any payments you make to your host on the website in order to protect your payment and to make sure your protected by our venue protection policy.
